Course Description
A recent study by the Center for Creative Leadership found that to sufficiently arm leaders with the skills necessary to succeed in a rapidly changing environment, leadership development needs to address the growth capacity of the mindset – that is to grow ‘bigger’ minds, challenge assumptions, and think in more complex ways. This workshop enables each participant to work on their unique leadership developmental opportunities. They will begin to experience a process that leads to breakthrough behavior changes designed to broaden their mindsets, to challenge themselves to think more expansively, and to take action to achieve results; which, in turn, enables them to more effectively deal with the increasing demands and greater complexity of today’s workplace.

Target Audience
Leaders and high-potentials who have a stretch goal or want to increase their effectiveness.

Course Outline

Individual and group work to identify a desired and relevant leadership development goal. Instructor facilitated individual, pair, and group work through a multi-step process designed to overcome obstacles and support achieving and maintaining new approaches to leadership. Design of an action plan to continue the process in real work situations.
