Course Description
An intermediate level course for users of GC. NOT FOR BEGINNERS. A series of lectures, in-class homework and open discussion will be featured. Emphasis will be on theory, the master resolution equation, trouble-shooting ,sample prep, method development and method optimization. Plenty of time for discussion.

Target Audience
Anybody working with GC and GC/MS with one year of experience, wanting to understand GC better, develop improved ,faster methods and minimize down time. Supervisors of GC labs who needed to understand GC data better. For example- Is this good data?

Over 150 technical papers on Chromatography. Dr. Lee Polite owner of Axion Labs, Chicago, primary instructor for Agilent , and ACS GC and HPLC short courses. Over 35 years experience teaching ACS short Courses , starting as a Phd student with Prof. Mc Nair in Blacksburg, Virginia.
